Job description

Dassault Falcon Jet recently opened a state-of-the-art flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Sr. Manager MRO Quality the Quality and OPEX Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining DFJ Network Quality Systems databases, including Regulatory, Vendor Manuals, Training Database support, and the policy/procedural library.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
  1. Develop, administer and serve as primary focal point for in-house database applications in support of Quality, Training and Methods Engineering. Databases include but not limited to:
    1. Repair Station Regulatory Database
    2. PPE Database
    3. Repair Station Forms, process & procedures database
    4. Legacy Training
    5. Crystal, Power BI or equivalent Report Generator
  2. Administer and serve as primary internal contact and external provider interface for commercial database applications in support of Quality, Training and Methods Engineering. Databases include but not limited to:
    1. Q-Pulse Quality Management System
    2. UKG Learning Management System (assist Training Dept. as/if directed)
  3. Assist basic creation and updates of Scorm compliant CBT courses using Articulate or similar application
  4. Administers SMS Centrik Software
  5. Develop and maintain reports on behalf of [Network] Quality, Training and Methods Engineering using Crystal Reports, Power BI and/or other report writing software applications.
  6. Develop and maintain departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) with input from [Network] Quality, Training and Methods Engineering departments.
  7. Develop and Maintain Policies, Procedures, Work Instruction and Training Materials pertaining to the administration and use of Quality, Training and Methods Engineering database applications.
  8. Assist in the development of and maintain [Network] Quality, Training and Methods Engineering department Intranet sites.
  9. Manage and serve as primary internal and external focal point for Technical Data accounts (vendor manuals)
  10. Other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science related field - will consider equivalent experience, aviation aftermarket software administrator or Quality preferred.
2. 3-5 years' experience developing and administering, CRM enterprise management applications/database applications.
3. High degree of experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
4. This position requires successful completion of the Melbourne Airport background check process.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Corridor ERP Software or similar.
2. Q-Pulse (QMS) or equivalent experience.
3. UKG Pro Learning LMS (learning management system) or similar.
4. Proficiency and understanding of reporting systems such as Power BI, Crystal Report or similar.
5. FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience, Quality dept or similar.
6. Aviation maintenance tracking systems such as CAMP Systems or other MRO software systems.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  1. Based in DFJ, Melbourne FL
  2. Executive Level Office Environment
  3. Occasional Travel Required

The compensation for this position typically falls between $65 000 and $96,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
