3 Key Consulting is hiring!  We are recruiting Specialist Business Systems Analyst for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biotechnology company.
Job Description:.
The Specialist Business Systems Analyst will be a key member of the program team working towards the implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). As a part of this cross-functional team within the Combination Product Operations (CPO) organization, you would assist with the deployment of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform from Dassault Systems, that will help digitize combination product design, development, and technology transfer to company’s manufacturing network. The CPO Digital team is one of a network of company digital teams focused on implementing state of the art digital capabilities transforming the business by improving efficiency and speed, while reducing the cost of developing, manufacturing, and distributing combination products to our stakeholders and patients.
The successful candidate will work in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within several product teams working towards delivering capabilities across requirements management, specification management, manufacturing process planning, etc., acting as a voice of customer, ensuring the user needs are adequately met within the PLM platform. Additionally, the candidate will provide user support and feedback for system updates, enhancements, and data migration, and support the business in onboarding and training users in digitalized workflows and new capabilities.
Top Must Have Skill Sets:
• Ability to create strong requirements & user story development
• Experience in analyzing business process and creating new processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Document business processes for CPO Design and development (including but not limited to Specification management, Computer-aided design, Bill of Materials, etc.) in collaboration with appropriate SMEs within various departments across CPO and help identify gaps/opportunities for digitalization.
  • Own, maintain, and update business process documentation as per changes to source functional Standard operating procedures (SOPs), updated digital workflows, etc.
  • Support definition of functional area requirements for PLM platform and help manage User stories within the product backlog.
  • Represent functional area use cases in PLM Product/ Community/ Governance meetings
  • Escalate issues/requests to relevant PLM Product owners as necessary.
  • Support development, onboarding, and delivery of appropriate training to relevant user groups within CPO
  • Provide oversight of testing strategy by reviewing test scripts to ensure user story requirements are met.
  • Collect and document enhancement requests for CPO Digital workflows within PLM
  • Assist with development, execution, and tester support of User Acceptance testing (UATs)
  • Build functional area support network (appropriate SMEs/Process owners, etc.) to ensure up-to-date business process and needs documentation and input to PLM product team.
  • Support digital thread enablement (digitalization of experimental and operational workflows) and FAIR data practices.
  • Retrieving/processing and visualization of data
  • Generate reports and communicate insights to both technical
     
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience OR Associates degree and 8 years of experience
