Job description

Overview WiSC Enterprises is seeking a motivated and mission-focused Program Management Analyst, Junior to support intelligence and defense operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position supports high-priority national security initiatives involving Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission areas. The selected candidate will provide programmatic and operational support to technical and acquisition-focused initiatives supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical defense missions while working alongside experienced government and contractor personnel in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, onsite position located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio. Position contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities * Support program management activities across Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programs
* Assist with execution of technical and operational programs, including schedule management, resource coordination, and risk identification
* Support preparation of acquisition and operational documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), briefing materials, and program packages
* Track acquisition activities from submission through award and assist with management of contract deliverables, obligations, and expenditures
* Coordinate with government stakeholders and external mission partners to facilitate collaboration, integration, and information sharing
* Support technical exchanges and assist with promoting awareness of intelligence research and development initiatives across the Air Force enterprise
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for government leadership and program managers
* Maintain program documentation, records, and status tracking tools
* Assist with process improvement initiatives and day-to-day operational support activities Required Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship required
* Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI adjudication required
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* 0-4 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project or program management activities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to interact effectively with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
* Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a mission-focused environment Desired Qualifications * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Familiarity with ISR operations and intelligence disciplines including GEOINT, MASINT, or FME
* Experience supporting Air Force or Intelligence Community programs
* Master's degree preferred
* Additional experience supporting technical, acquisition, or operational programs within the DoD or IC environment
