Job description

The Opportunity 

The Senior Commerce Specialist leads a portfolio of accounts across multiple eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others), blending retail optimization with media strategy to drive comprehensive digital commerce success. You'll manage client relationships, develop integrated strategies, and mentor junior team members while directly impacting client ROI and company growth. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels 
  • Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention 
  • Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and improve sales and margins 
  • Define optimal media channel mix (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Video, etc.) and execute award-winning campaigns 
  • Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy 
  • Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media 
  • Educate clients on best practices and how retail and media tactics work together 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams 
  • Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements 

Who You Are: 

  • 2-3+ years of eCommerce, client management, digital marketing, or data analysis experience 
  • Strong background in paid search (PPC), DSP/programmatic activation, or multi-channel media strategy 
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon's advertising ecosystem 
  • Advanced data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative 
  • Passionate about Commerce and retail media with ability to learn quickly and adaptÂ
