We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our sales team as an Automotive Sales Associate.

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Alfa Romeo Maserati of Stuart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our luxury clientele. Your primary objective is to match customers with the vehicle of their dreams while delivering a premium experience. You will guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final sale, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage clients with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Assist clients in identifying the vehicle that best meets their needs and lifestyle.
Provide in-depth knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, including features, performance specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate key features to prospective buyers.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering follow-up support and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Work with the finance and management teams to facilitate the completion of vehicle purchases.
Stay current with inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance, representative of our luxury brands.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury automotive sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-end clientele.
Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and motivated by success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for luxury vehicles are essential.
