Job description

SimpleTiger is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior PPC Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for our B2B SaaS clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned performance marketer with 5+ years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns.

The Senior PPC Manager will own campaign performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; translate client growth objectives into effective paid media strategies; and deliver clear, proactive communication and recommendations. You will work closely with our SEO, content, design, sales, and product teams to maximize qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend for a portfolio of SaaS clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client’s growth stage, business model, target audience, sales cycle, and revenue goals.
  • Independently build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Own campaign setup from end to end, including keyword research, audience strategy, account and campaign structure, ad group development, bid strategies, conversion tracking, budget allocation, and ad creative direction.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns against core performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps for ad copy, creative, landing pages, offers, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creative and messaging that resonates with B2B SaaS buyers.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure PPC strategies complement broader organic search, content, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Manage paid media budgets responsibly, making informed recommendations on spend allocation, scaling opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
  • Work directly with clients to communicate performance, explain strategy, set expectations, and provide timely, proactive updates and recommendations.
  • Lead client-facing reporting and performance discussions, turning complex campaign data into clear business insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and product stakeholders to align campaign targeting, messaging, and conversion goals with customer insights and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to access platform support, strategic guidance, beta opportunities, and new features.
  • Stay current on paid media platform updates, privacy and tracking changes, B2B SaaS advertising trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of SimpleTiger’s PPC processes, reporting frameworks, account standards, and strategic playbooks.
  • Provide mentorship, strategic guidance, and quality assurance support to junior team members as the PPC function grows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC or paid social campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS, agency, or high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing meaningful advertising budgets across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads is also required.
  • A strong record of improving paid media performance through structured testing, optimization, and strategic budget management.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, remarketing, YouTube, Performance Max, conversion tracking, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, audience development, retargeting, lead-generation campaigns, and full-funnel B2B campaign strategy.
  • Experience building campaigns from scratch and taking ownership of paid media accounts from audit through execution and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify meaningful trends, and make sound strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and/or comparable analytics, attribution, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot or similar systems, is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS funnel metrics, including lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV, and revenue attribution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with strong judgment, initiative, and comfort working in a remote, results-oriented environment.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • 100% remote work environment
  • Results-oriented work environment
  • Flexible working hours and vacation policy
  • Company-provided computer for all team members
  • All typical U.S. holidays observed with full paid time off
