Position Summary: The Program Manager for the Pregnant and Parenting People (PPP) Residential Treatment Wing is responsible for overseeing daily operations and supportive services for pregnant and parenting residents within a 24/7 residential substance use treatment facility. This role ensures a safe, structured, and family-centered environment that supports recovery while addressing the unique needs of parents and their children. The Program Manager provides leadership, coordination of services, and supervision of designated staff, while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the PPP wing, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-coordinated environment for residents and their children
- Coordinate transportation services for residents and children, including medical appointments, early learning programs, shopping outings, and recovery-related services
- Coordinate family visitation schedules and processes
- Facilitate and maintain partnerships with Early Head Start and other early childhood education providers to support child development needs
- Oversee grocery planning and shopping processes to ensure adequate, nutritious food is available for pregnant and parenting residents and their children
- Develop and monitor protocols for safe storage, labeling, and handling of breast milk and formula in accordance with health and safety standards
- Coordinate with child supervision and childcare providers to ensure appropriate coverage and compliance with program requirements
- Supervise and support the PPP receptionist, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with clinical, case management, and operations teams to ensure integrated, trauma-informed care for families
- Monitor program compliance with applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and resident experience
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to program operations and services
- Participate in leadership meetings and communicate program updates, needs, and outcomes to the Residential Operations Director
- Support a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous quality improvement
Requirements- Experience in program coordination, operations, or supervisory roles within residential treatment, social services, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with pregnant and parenting individuals, families, or young children
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to supervise staff and provide coaching, support, and accountability
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and family-centered service delivery
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and documentation tools
- Ability to work in a 24/7 residential environment and respond to operational needs as they arise
Work Environment: SIHB operates on a 4x10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule with occasional extra hours for events and to meet deadlines.
