Their responsibilities typically include conducting legal research, drafting documents, assisting with discovery, and preparing for hearings or trials. They work closely with clients, attend court proceedings, and learn the litigation process while developing their skills. This role is often seen as a stepping stone to becoming a senior associate or partner within a law firm.
