Job Description ProspectBlue has partnered with a well-established and respected law firm in Tysons, Virginia to find a junior litigation associate with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience to join its expanding employment and business law practice. The role covers employment defense litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, general business litigation, and employment/business counseling along with related transactional work. This is a great opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with direct client contact, in a collaborative, team-based environment.

The firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, partial remote flexibility, and a genuine commitment to work-life balance. While the associate will primarily support the employment and business law group, the firm's collaborative culture means regular interaction with other practice areas, including government contracts, intellectual property, and corporate.
