A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Washington, DC office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in handling sophisticated commercial disputes, supply chain litigation, international trade-related matters, and complex business litigation within a highly respected national litigation platform.

Ideal Background

5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Experience with commercial disputes, supply chain litigation, and/or international trade and tariff matters preferred
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Experience developing case strategy and managing matters independently
• Strong oral advocacy, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
• Strong academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
