They typically assist with troubleshooting computer issues, installing software, maintaining hardware, and providing basic technical support to staff. Junior IT professionals often work under the supervision of more experienced IT staff, gaining hands-on experience while learning about networks, security, and system administration. This role is a common starting point for those looking to build a career in the IT field.
