Location: Remote project
Duration: Long term

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor SyteLine ERP solutions for manufacturing environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure the system, and provide functional support across various SyteLine modules.
The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, finance integration, and ERP implementation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and support Infor SyteLine / CSI modules based on business needs.
  • Lead functional workshops, gap analysis sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, inventory, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Support end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.
  • Create functional design documents, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
  • Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production deployment activities.
