Responsibilities
โ€ข Speak to customers to help them resolve any VoIP and network-related issues
โ€ข Participate in an on-call schedule including nights and weekends
โ€ข Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
โ€ข Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
Qualifications
โ€ข Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment
โ€ข High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate's degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
โ€ข Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
โ€ข Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
