Responsibilities
โข Speak to customers to help them resolve any VoIP and network-related issues
โข Participate in an on-call schedule including nights and weekends
โข Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
โข Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
Qualifications
โข Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment
โข High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate's degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
โข Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
โข Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
