You Are:


  • EXPERIENCED: 1–2 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI, with exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); familiarity with SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices
  • COLLABORATIVE: Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to translate business processes into user-friendly apps, workflows, and dashboards
  • ANALYTICAL: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, data models, and reports; detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • ADAPTABLE: Quick to learn new technologies and methods; stays current with Power Platform and BI best practices; able to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • USER-FOCUSED: Awareness of UI/UX principles for creating intuitive and engaging applications and dashboards


What You’ll Do:


  • DEVELOP: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and Power Apps applications (primarily canvas apps), and automate workflows in Power Automate to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making
  • INTEGRATE: Connect Power Platform solutions to SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources, using DAX and Power Query for calculations and transformations
  • DOCUMENT: Maintain clear documentation for apps, workflows, data models, and dashboards; create end-user training resources and provide ongoing support
  • OPTIMIZE: Apply best practices in semantic data modeling, performance optimization, and UI/UX design to ensure scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions
  • VERSION CONTROL: Use Git and CI/CD concepts to manage version control and support deployment pipelines for applications and reports
  • SUPPORT & GROW: Assist business users in adopting Power Platform tools; continuously grow your expertise and contribute to improving standards across the team
