Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Administrator/Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and enforce development standards. This role includes mentoring a junior developer and ensuring a scalable Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing advanced troubleshooting.
  • Establish comprehensive development and deployment standards.
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Mentor junior Salesforce developer and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Technical Skills:
