Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. The role involves supporting the development of GCP foundations within a multi-cloud strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams on application deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy GCP infrastructure utilizing Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage core GCP services such as IAM, VPC, GKE, DNS, firewall, and load balancing.
• Automate provisioning and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams on application deployment and platform scalability.
• Address infrastructure issues and improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Offer architectural guidance and practical support for platform-level services.
• Assist with the design of scalable networking, including high availability, redundancy, and failover.
Qualifications:
Required:
• At least 5 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in GCP infrastructure engineering.
• Google Cloud Professional Certification (e.g., Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Python/Bash, and DevOps tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab, Cloud Build).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, and container orchestration.
Preferred:
• Experience working with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Understanding of APIGX, Anthos, and service mesh technologies.
