Job description

If You are an experienced and accomplished Manufacturing Engineering Manager from a high product mix and high volume manufacturing, coming from a Lean Manufacturing Environment and would enjoy working for a world class manufacturer with more than 80% of their expansive global market within an advanced manufacturing site, then we need You.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 20 in manufacturing, production, tooling and operations for this well organized manufacturing site.

The role is open due to promotion.

The operational goal is to continue with the lean manufacturing success and continuous improvement initiatives, creating opportunities for new advancements and automation, while developing and mentoring Engineering Professionals on the team.

For consideration, we are looking for the following:

  • Engineering Degree or Manufacturing Degree Required
  • 8+ years in a Manufacturing Operation with at least 4 years of Manufacturing Management, Manufacturing Engineering Management or Engineering Management
  • High Volume, High Product Mix Manufacturing
  • Lean Manufacturing Expertise
  • ISO 9001, 14,000 
  • Continuous Improvement 
  • Responsible for Department Budgeting.
