We are seeking a full-time engineer to join our team in Shelton, CT.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics or other science-based degrees.


Qualifications:

Your college education is just the start of the knowledge and understanding that you will gain as you embark on your career path. In fact, we strongly believe that you should never cease striving to learn, and that most of your learning will (and should) occur after college. Therefore, we hold employee development with extremely high regard. Once you hire on with us, we will teach you all the technical skills that the job entails. For that reason, we typically seek out soft skills over technical skills when recruiting. There are a few crucial technical skills that we consider mandatory for this position though.


Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong mathematical foundation, especially with algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
    Strong understanding of statics, mechanics of materials, and structures
