We specialize in social media, online advertising, key art design, and web development, creating digital content that audiences can’t ignore.
Unfold is currently seeking an experienced Community Manager to support Unfold's busy clients on our Social team!
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate community engagement across client owned and operated social channels
  • Monitor social channels for culturally significant moments and trends and propose creative ways to enter into the conversation
  • Write post copy and associated hashtags
  • Manage monthly editorial and marketing calendars
  • Manage all scheduled posts
  • Oversee and mentor junior community managers and coordinators
  • Pull channel data and metrics to create comprehensive client reports
  • Ability create low lift creative content such as memes and stills using photoshop and TikTok/Reels using native tools a plus

  • ~2+ years experience in a communications or PR role
  •  Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content

  • Experience with both native (i.e. Creator Studio) and external (i.e. Sprout Social) content scheduling programs.
