Job description

As a Jeopardy Coordinator, you will manage and maintain jeopardy reporting across Streetworks operations, ensuring risks to programme delivery, compliance, customer commitments and contractual obligations are identified, monitored and escalated appropriately.
You will provide accurate reporting, proactive risk management and clear communication with operational teams, helping to minimise delays and improve performance against key business targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Open and close Streetworks permits in line with permit conditions and SLA requirements.
  • Follow established processes and work effectively within the works management system.
  • Run and circulate daily jeopardy reports.
  • Coordinate daily calls with operational teams to ensure SLA requirements are met.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information in works management systems, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated.
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding issues through to resolution.
  • Take ownership of Streetworks performance and drive continual improvement with operational teams.

  • Streetworks experience and a sound understanding of relevant statutory requirements.
  • Utilities sector experience, although this is desirable rather than essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in an organised manner and meet important deadlines.
  • A detailed understanding of operational activity.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and remain composed under pressure.
