Your Opportunity:

Taylor Communications Warehouse & Fulfillment, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - Kitting to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN facility. This person will lead and direct a group of individuals who build complex kits, pick/pack fulfillment, and/or support the production process.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Shift Available: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform system and/or manual tasks to support scheduling, setup, production, and outbound operations.

  • Ensure all jobs flow through the operation to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Moving/re-prioritizing work that is deemed to be in jeopardy.

  • Act as the Assistant Supervisor of the department

  • Provide input for employee reviews.

  • Leading and directing is usually restricted to assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a group of hourly employees

You Must Have:

  • High degree attention to detail

  • High degree of analytical and mathematical ability

  • Ability to communicate with peers, Customer Service, and Management to ensure customer requirements are completed daily.

Requirements within this position:

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

  • Frequently required to move inside the facility

  • Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • 2+ years leadership experience

  • 2+ years warehouse experience
