IT Support Analyst I
Parma, OH (On-Site) Travel Throughout Ohio Required
CarePoint IT Services is a growing Managed Services Provider specializing in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and post-acute healthcare organizations. We are seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst I to provide exceptional technical support to healthcare clients throughout Ohio. This position requires regular travel to healthcare facilities across Ohio for onsite support, project implementations, and technology deployments. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel extensively as needed to support our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and onsite IT support to end users
  • Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and ChromeOS devices
  • Configure and deploy computers, user accounts, and peripherals
  • Support healthcare-related clinical and business applications
  • Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system
  • Assist with technology deployments, workstation replacements, and onboarding projects
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio
