OMG Federal is delivering mission-critical IT and operational support to Department of Defense environments. As part of our continued growth supporting the US Army, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise IT operations at a site in Utah. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing systems in support of national defense objectives.

**AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED**

Position Overview

The Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight for enterprise IT operations supporting Army test and evaluation environments. This individual will ensure compliance with DoD standards, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day program operations supporting DoD enterprise IT environments
  • Oversee delivery of services aligned with Army and ATEC mission requirements
  • Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity policies
  • Manage program resources, schedules, risks, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and mission partners
  • Oversee implementation and sustainment of enterprise IT systems, including Windows environments and infrastructure services
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, security posture, and operational processes
  • Ensure adherence to DoD 8570/8140 certification and workforce requirements
  • Provide leadership across tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, VMware, Active Directory, and cybersecurity systems

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ten plus (10+) years of federal experience supporting military or DoD environments
  • Current DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification
  • Current Computing Environment (CE) Certification aligned to the position
  • Demonstrated experience in Army or DoD Enterprise IT Operations
  • Strong experience in Windows/Microsoft enterprise environments
  • Strongly Preferred Qualifications
  • RMF and STIG compliance experience
  • Experience leading cybersecurity or compliance efforts within DoD environments

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Security+
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL
