Job description

Responsible for managing new IT equipment inventory processes. Working independently to unbox, inspect, inventory, and prepare equipment for delivery to appropriate location for deployment. Responsible for accessing and utilizing the FBI's Asset Management Application to ensure all IT equipment is registered correctly and managed properly.

Responsible for producing and accurately updating online records of accountable property, working closely with HQSU and QSU management to ready IT equipment for deployment in a timely manner. This position will be located at the Cheverly Warehouse, Cheverly MD, or a future warehouse location in the Northern Virginia area to be determined. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50lbs, must be physically able to walk, squat, bend, twist, lift, crawl under desks, reach out and above head, carry items, push and pull carts loaded with equipment.

Ability to track and provide metrics on equipment located in the warehouse Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use desktop computers, mobile scanners, to inventory equipment and to access asset management software and ticketing system "h Ability to work in a warehouse setting EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Required - Experience using desktop computers, mobile scanners, to inventory equipment and to access asset management software and ticketing system - Experience with data entry in order to enter property information and ticket information TS Clearance required.
