Job description

IT Inventory Specialist

Zolon PCS is seeking an IT Inventory Specialist. This role supports the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the ITSSS‐2 Advanced Support Services for Information Systems and Technology (ASSIST) program. The project delivers enterprise IT support services that enable FBI mission operations, including desktop and mobile device support, IT service management, walk‐up ITX services, inventory management, and participation in technology refreshes and office moves. Work is performed in a secure, mission‐critical environment with strict service‐level, security, and customer service requirements, supporting FBI personnel across multiple domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities:

Manages IT hardware and asset inventory at the FBI warehouse in Cheverly, MD. Tracks, receives, ships, and coordinates equipment for ISU OCONUS LEGAT deployments. A physically active warehouse role requiring regular equipment handling. On-site required.

Key Qualifications:

1–4 yrs IT asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations IT hardware lifecycle management and asset tracking experience Federal/law enforcement logistics environment preferred Ability to regularly lift/move IT equipment (50+ lbs)

Standard business hours M–F; 8-hr shift
