Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Focus - Power Platform Development (60%)
- Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processes
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) for workflow automation
- Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights
- Assist with SharePoint and Dataverse integrations
- Work with data from SQL, APIs, and flat files to create automated pipelines
- Develop scripts (Python preferred) for data transformation, automation, or integration tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document solutions and build reusable templates and standards
Secondary - Help Desk / Systems Administration (40%)
- Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, permissions)
- Support Intune and device management workflows
- Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and software issues
- Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes
- Participate in audits
- Other duties as assigned by management
