Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Focus - Power Platform Development (60%)
  1. Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processes
  2. Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) for workflow automation
  3. Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights
  4. Assist with SharePoint and Dataverse integrations
  5. Work with data from SQL, APIs, and flat files to create automated pipelines
  6. Develop scripts (Python preferred) for data transformation, automation, or integration tasks
  7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  8. Document solutions and build reusable templates and standards

Secondary - Help Desk / Systems Administration (40%)
  1. Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
  2. Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, permissions)
  3. Support Intune and device management workflows
  4. Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and software issues
  5. Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes
  6. Participate in audits
  7. Other duties as assigned by management
