Elite Marine specializes in the installation and maintenance of marine air conditioning systems. Southern Marine Supply is a premier wholesale and retail supplier, and Spot Zero delivers innovative water purification systems that enhance water quality for yachts. Together, we provide industry-leading products and services, driving excellence across the marine sector and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment for our team.


The Information Technology Manager requires expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and analysis, leveraging platforms like Power BI, Blue Folder, and Paylocity. The will collaborate with various departments to provide insights into labor efficiency, sales performance, and overall business operations while offering IT support related to data analysis, dashboard management, and technology infrastructure.


Location: Onsite - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

NO Hybrid or Remote options available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, data management, and system support.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data lakes and data warehouse solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Create and manage API connections between internal systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and deliver intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement best practices in cloud services, network security, and system monitoring.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and security protocols to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware, software, and services.
  • Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and cloud-based platforms to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
  • Administer enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and communication systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or Google Workspace).
  • Manage system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects from planning through execution.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing API integrations and data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of network management, system infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like Blue Folder, Xero, and Cin 7.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data governance frameworks.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • This is a full-time, in-office position | Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM or 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM
