What You'll Do

As our Business Development Manager, your mission is to grow the business by generating new referral relationships and becoming the trusted resource for cleaning and restoration services throughout Northeast Florida. You will promote our complete portfolio of servicesincluding cleaning, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and commercial specialty servicesto residential, commercial, and insurance referral partners. Your primary focus will be building relationships with:

  • Insurance agents
  • Insurance adjusters
  • Property managers
  • Realtors and brokers
  • Plumbing companies
  • HVAC contractors
  • Roofing companies
  • General contractors
  • Facility managers
  • Commercial property owners
  • Hospitality professionals
  • Healthcare and senior living facilities

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent schedule of in-person visits with referral partners.
  • Generate new referral relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Educate referral partners on Voda's cleaning and restoration capabilities.
  • Attend networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and industry functions.
  • Represent the company at local networking organizations, including a weekly BNI chapter.
  • Host lunch-and-learns and educational presentations.
  • Deliver marketing materials and promotional items to referral partners.
  • Track sales activity, contacts, and opportunities using the company CRM.
  • Follow up on referrals to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure projects are completed with excellence.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity goals and sales objectives.

There is no cap on commissions, so your earning potential is directly tied to the relationships you build and the business you generate.
