Overview
You'll work directly with the owner to help build one of the fastest-growing restoration companies in the region. You'll have the ability to influence marketing strategies, referral programs, and business development initiatives instead of simply following a corporate script. At Lightspeed Restoration, we're building the premier restoration company on Philadelphia's Main Line. We aren't interested in becoming the biggest - we're focused on becoming the company referral partners trust the most. Our reputation is built on responsiveness, transparency, and doing the right thing every time.
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the ability to build a long-term book of business.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
    • Property management companies
    • Apartment communities / HOAs
    • Commercial facilities
  • Introduce our company and position us as a reliable, go-to vendor
  • Stay in consistent contact with partners and remain top-of-mind
  • Generate mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through your network and outreach

This role is about earning long-term partnerships, not transactional selling.
Success in this role means becoming the trusted restoration resource for insurance professionals, plumbers, property managers, and real estate professionals throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area.
