Job description

We're looking for a relationship builder—not a salesperson.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other real estate professionals.
  • Generate leads through a variety of methods such as cold-calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Generate new title and escrow business through networking and relationship-building.
  • Visit real estate offices and referral partners throughout Central Florida.
  • Attend networking events, open houses, and industry functions.
  • Coordinate Lunch & Learns and educational events.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners.
  • Represent Primo Title Group with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must come with your own Book of Business.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Self-motivated and relationship-driven.
  • Strong networking and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Experience in title, real estate, mortgage lending, banking, business development, or B2B sales is preferred.
