Job Summary:
Doeren Mayhew is a tax, assurance and advisory firm headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and they are seeking a Senior IT Associate responsible for advanced troubleshooting and IT project assistance. This individual will act as a key liaison between end users and infrastructure teams while ensuring high-quality IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide on-site IT personnel for our Duluth and Alpharetta offices.
โ€ข Help Desk Technician II equivalent position.
โ€ข Stage offices / desks and assistant in moving computer hardware.
โ€ข Respond to and manage support requests via ticketing systems, phone, email, and in-person interactions while meeting established SLAs.
โ€ข Install and maintain computer systems and software on laptops and PCs.
โ€ข Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures within the knowledge base.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข High school diploma or GED
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
โ€ข Experience with M365 administration and Windows OS
โ€ข Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments
โ€ข Strong listening skills
โ€ข Ability to communicate effectively
โ€ข Drive for continued education and willingness to learn new skills
โ€ข Strong understanding of security best practices
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
