Job Description
Oversees a team of analysts responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of software applications utilized across all Kaleida Health facilities to support the clinical and business objectives of the organization.

Education And Credentials
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Information Systems, Business, or similar. If no degree, ten years relevant experience. If degree then 5 years of experience. Masters Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent field preferred.
Experience
5 years of experience in management required. 5 years of experience in project management required. 7 years of experience in project management, applications design, technical support, capacity planning and business needs analysis required. 3 years of experience working in a large, multi-entity, multiple-application system health care environment required. 3 years of experience in strategic planning required.
