In this role, you will drive the strategies, frameworks and governance that protect our business, clients and partners while enabling sustainable growth across a complex global payments landscape. Your leadership will help strengthen compliance, operational resilience and risk management practices, ensuring Global Payments continues to innovate with confidence and integrity. What you'll own
  • Lead the evolution of enterprise risk and compliance programs, ensuring the organization remains resilient, compliant and well-positioned to navigate regulatory change while supporting strategic business growth.
  • Shape risk-informed decision-making across the business, delivering insights, governance reporting and recommendations that help executives balance opportunity, risk and long-term value creation.
  • Strengthen operational resilience and business continuity capabilities, driving preparedness strategies that minimize disruption, protect clients and safeguard business performance during critical events.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and ethical conduct, influencing leaders and teams to proactively manage risk, maintain regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
