Job description

Our client, a growing direct lender, is seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer (Spanish) to join their  Las Vegas office. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a realtor in a shared office, giving you immediate access to a steady flow of purchase leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound purchase leads and convert them into funded loans.

  • Originate a mix of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional purchase loans.

  • Leverage bilingual skills to support Spanish-speaking borrowers.

  • Work closely with the in-house underwriting and closing team for fast turnarounds.

  • Provide exceptional service and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Active Texas NMLS license required- must be current on CE

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Proven history of success in mortgage sales.

  • Purchase experience strongly preferred.

  • Some self-sourced business a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency in Encompass and Nexus preferred.
