Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC is seeking an eager & experienced Parts Manager to join our team at our Jacksonville, FLย dealership to help elevate performance.ย The Parts Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of our warehouse operations. Excellent organization and communication skills with the warehouse employees & customers is required. Duties include overseeing the parts department, inventory control, parts counter sales & delivery staff.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that parts personnel can provide parts to customers from stock, procuring locally or creating a parts order as directed.
  • Hire and manage personnel while monitoring performance, status of customer orders and advising in case of problems.
  • Ensureย that the counter persons correctly document and complete the part sale on parts invoice.
  • Manage and review vendor pricing and delivery timeliness; ensureย the proper number of turns of inventory in a set time.
  • Manageย price margins on a daily and monthly basis, ensuring the goals are met per the parts annual budget.ย ย 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3ย yrs experience in similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage others in a positive way, observing the company's Core Values
  • Organized, friendly and courteous
  • Dealership experience preferred
