DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apply rigorous attention to detail when reviewing inventory data, ensuring all information entered and reported is validated and accurate.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, initiating corrective actions to minimize operational and financial impact.
  • Produce Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to support accurate inventory and logistics reporting.
  • Analyze large logistics and inventory datasets, preparing recurring reports on performance, trends, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report on 3PL and warehouse performance by defining, tracking, and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute inventory adjustments and reconciliations in PODS and MXP systems, supporting monthly physical inventory and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist management with month-end and operational reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehousing, 3PL providers, Ship Expeditors, and Vendors to ensure effective inventory control and operational support.

QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or related field.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, materials management, or a related logistics function.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (such as PODS and MXP) and enterprise planning tools (e.g., JDA, O9, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, structured datasets, and data validation for reporting accuracy.
  • Experience analyzing large logistics and inventory datasets and preparing recurring performance, trend, and forecast reports.
  • Exposure to 3PL and warehouse performance management, including defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Experience supporting monthly physical inventories, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing, Warehousing, 3PL providers, Ship Expeditors, and Vendors.
