Job description

The Project Manager will support a contract through PCI Government Services and will report to the Program Manager. This role is 100% remote and is pending award/funding.
Responsibility:
  • Serves as the contractor’s lead for this contract and shall be the Contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other CMS program representatives.
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields from an accredited institution, or relevant four years or more work experience in managing IT integration programs; health care projects preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of experience leading IT projects, including at least 5 years managing federal government contracts valued at $5M or greater
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Specialized experience to include Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) and DaVinci Specifications; Medicare Fee-For-Service Program including the claims process
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the tasks provided in the PWS; Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity.
  • General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and management, and leading larger technical teams.
  • Ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program(s).
