  • Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, screening calls, and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights, advising stakeholders on hiring trends, talent availability, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Deliver a good candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive recruitment operations, including interview scheduling, offer preparation, stakeholder coordination, and process governance.
  • Collaborate with the team on:
    • Campus and graduate recruitment
    • Employer branding
    • Diversity hiring programs
    • Recruitment process improvement projects
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining compliance with recruitment of KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, or related industries.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries, ideally with exposure to at least 2–3 markets within the EMEA region.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of talent market mapping, competitor intelligence, and workforce trends within EMEA.
  • Additional European language proficiency would be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting campus recruitment, employer branding, or diversity hiring initiatives
