Job description

Job Title

Join a dynamic team where you will utilize 2D Configura, similar to AutoCAD, to create detailed drawings for custom industrial safety cages, machine guards, and partitions. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs and guide them through project execution, including addressing inquiries about order status or installation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical drawings using 2D Configura for custom industrial safety solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand and fulfill their project requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance on order status and equipment installation.
  • Design and draft safety cages, machine guards, and partitions.
  • Maintain professionalism in customer interactions to represent the company positively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD, specifically AutoCAD.
  • Strong drafting skills, either from educational courses or practical job experience.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Mechanical understanding and design skills.
  • Drafting certificate or Associate's Degree in Drafting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD 2D, either in school or through previous employment.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
