Preqin Client Experience
Preqin Client Experience, part of the Preqin Client Success organization within the Aladdin Client Business, is dedicated to maximizing product value and delivering a high-quality client experience. Our teams serve as consultative domain experts who shape client workflows and drive adoption of Preqin's solutions across their organizations.

We partner closely with Client Engagement, Product, Data, and the broader Aladdin ecosystem to deliver a cohesive, highquality client experience that reflects BlackRock's commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and client centricity.

Job Overview
The Associate, Preqin Client Experience plays a critical role in shaping how clients leverage Preqin's data, insights, and products. This is a consultative expert position-responsible for advising clients on private markets datasets, supporting workflow optimization, and expanding Preqin's footprint within their organizations.

You will build strong crossfunctional relationships, translate data and product expertise into actionable guidance, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. In partnership with Client Engagement, you'll help drive adoption, mitigate friction, and ensure clients realize the full strategic value of Preqin's solutions.

In this role you will:

• Build deep, consultative partnerships with client subject matter experts, superusers, and key stakeholders-serving as a privatemarkets data expert who shapes workflows, drives bestpractice adoption, and elevates Preqin's strategic value across their organization.

• Partner with the Preqin Client Engagement team to deliver a seamless, coordinated client experience across onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

• Develop a sharp understanding of client objectives and align Preqin's capabilities to support those business priorities.

• Master Preqin's data and its application across client workflows and analytics, while deepening expertise in eFront and Aladdin to support integrated private market solutions.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Client Engagement and Sales teams to grow account value.

• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and bring the client voice into roadmap planning.

• Strengthen alignment across the Aladdin Client Business to ensure clients experience a cohesive, highquality support model postacquisition.

• Contribute to initiatives that reduce operational friction, streamline internal processes, and uplift the overall client experience.

You are a good fit if:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Client Experience, or other client facing roles within finance, SaaS, tech or related industries.

• Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and take initiative assisting peers.

• Possess a solutions-oriented mindset, viewing product and client journey friction points as opportunities for improvement.

• Excel at building strong relationships, both internally and externally, with a collaborative and transparent approach.

• Promote open, honest communication and encourage cross-functional alignment.

• Thrive in entrepreneurial environments, showing resilience and agility in navigating ambiguity.

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

For San Francisco, CA and New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$132,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
