On behalf of Education Specialty Retail, Headway Workforce Solutions
is looking for ambitious and outgoing leaders seeking growth and career
advancement opportunities to join the rapidly growing ABCmouse.com mall
carts team in your area as a Sales Manager and/or Junior Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager,
you will hire, train, and develop team members to drive sales for the
kiosk. You will coach the team to reach personal and team sales goals by
connecting and engaging with children, parents, and other prospective
customers while demonstrating the scope of ABCmouse.com's award winning
curriculum.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with some management
experience and a passion to educate children. We are currently seeking
candidates in the Cerritos, CA - Los Cerritos Center area. No sales experience necessary but outstanding interpersonal communication skills are a must.
What You'll Be Doing
    • Hire, train, and develop your team members to provide outstanding guest service while delivering consistent sales results
