Job description

We are looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support the operations of an expanding contingent workforce program. This will be focused on supporting our client IT Labor Category.
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of contingent workforce processes and best practices. This is a cross-functional role serving as the main point of contact for all operations related to the contingent workforce program partnering daily with finance, IT and procurement. Client interactions include speaking with managers, and supplier partners on a daily basis.
What You’ll Do

  • Be the dedicated CW Specialist and strategic partner for a scaling IT Department, supporting full lifecycle contractor management.
  • Ensure data is maintained in all tools and systems promptly and accurately.
  • Manage vendor engagement to ensure delivery and execution of contractor hiring and support.
  • Conduct qualification calls between managers and supplier partners.
  • Manage the contractor recruitment process - vetting resumes and ensuring only qualified candidates are submitted to managers; negotiate and extend offers.
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • On-going training and education to teams and managers on contingent workforce policies, guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as an MSP program specialist supporting contract recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce guidelines and best practices as well as contingent workforce risk and compliance strategies.
  • Experience managing supplier partners and demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and extensive operational use with a VMS; VMS admin user experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Additional knowledge of Beeline/Lever/GSuite is a plus.
