Job Description

We currently have an immediate need for a  Cisco Call Manager/Telephony/VOIP engineer.

Qualifications

The contract would require somebody who could take on the day to day telephony duties and engineering. The candidate will also need to be confident and be willing to work heavily with our Customer Service department and have a good call center background. ININ experience is a huge plus as well.
This candidate will basically function as a part of our team and will be engaged in projects, upgrades and change control procedures.
