Job description

Position Overview

People Consulting - UKG Workforce Management Project Management – Senior at EY, Irvine, CA. The role supports clients across the United States, including Texas, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, DC, Georgia, North Carolina, Minnesota, Tennessee, Colorado, California, Oregon, Washington, Indiana, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key resource on large‑scale WFM projects focused on UKG WFM (Dimensions or Workforce Central).
  • Provide project management oversight for workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, covering requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
  • Contribute to pre‑sales and sales activities, including direct client engagement and facilitation of working sessions.
  • Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation.
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives to develop or improve processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services.
  • Participate in the full life cycle: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post‑production Support.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading client projects in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
  • Experience with global and/or multi‑national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Large‑scale, global or multi‑national WFM project management experience.
  • Global WFM consulting experience, especially with UKG, and familiarity with other vendors such as ADP, Workforce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, and Workday.
  • Knowledge of WFM and HR technology vendors and the ability to adapt processes to client sectors.
  • Strong numerical acumen and experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Competitive base salary range: $99,600–$164,300 (US); $119,600–$186,700 for NYC, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
