Job description

EverPass Media is redefining the role of TVs in businesses by blending exclusive sports and entertainment with marketing innovation. From NFL Sunday Ticket to smart promotions and seamless partnerships, we're turning screens into tools that engage, entertain, and drive business results. 

We're looking for a highly organized, driven temporary contractor to support our Content Protection & Compliance team. You'll gain hands-on experience executing marketing and anti-piracy initiatives that amplify our brand, engage partners, and promote our premium live content and tools. This role reports to the Head of Content Protection & Compliance and works cross-functionally with sales, product, revenue operations, and customer success. 

This is a unique opportunity to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, sports-centric environment where creativity, hustle, and teamwork are valued. 

 What You'll Work On 

  • Support the EverPass anti-piracy initiative, including monitoring, documenting, and reporting piracy-related activities.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate communication materials for piracy initiatives and assist in systemizing workflows for tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain and organize large datasets, reporting trackers, and prospect lists using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.  
  • Support the creation of recurring reports and dashboards that help communicate piracy activity, operational performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage administrative tasks including agendas, meeting notes, and project timelines.
  • Use internal platforms to track initiatives and keep projects on schedule.
  • Take on additional projects as needed.  

What We're Looking For 

  • Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Marketing experience (internships included), preferably in sports, media, entertainment, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, with strong Excel skills preferred; experience with pivot tables, reporting, Notion, or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines. 

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base hourly wage range for a new hire into this position is $20/hr. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
