Job Description
TMC Technologies is in search of a entry-level Content Developer to join the FBI's ESOC Team, playing a crucial role in the FBI's cybersecurity defense strategy. The candidate must be a US citizen and possess a minimum of an active Top Secret clearance eligibility to start due to federal contract requirements.
The Content Developer - Jr will have the following responsibilities:
- Configures, administers, and manages all aspects of website/application tools.
- Responsible for developing and providing content for multiple websites/tools and utilize it as a major source for information and decision making.
- Responsible for managing/performing website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site.
- Locates, negotiates, and pursues content. Seeks out customers to gather feedback for website improvement and enhancements.
- Requires experience in production management, web page design, HTML and web graphics types and standards.
- Builds searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Responsible for writing and developing customer scripts, reports and programs as need to identify and establish metrics.
- Responsible for preparing architecture documentation and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship and active Top Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 1yr experience required
- Cybersecurity SIEM (Splunk, Elastic)
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power App, Power Automate)
- Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)
Preferred experience includes:
- Splunk Core Certified Power User
- ITIL v4 Practice Manager (PM)
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
