Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the countryโ€™s most challenging technical problems. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.

Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team conducting studies, exploring new mission sets, or managing a variety of intelligence contracts and task orders on behalf of the customer. The Intelligence Program Manager may assist in requirements definition, solicitation, technical evaluation of submitted proposals, and contract administration. The Intelligence Program Manager will apply knowledge of the intelligence cycle to assist in refining statements of work in order to meet operational and technical needs. They may facilitate the contracting process to include preparation, submission, and tracking of supporting documentation thru award. They may also assist the government with planning, programming, and budget execution activities, identifying pertinent guidance, resource constraints, as well as tracking investment by mission area. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Solicit operational/technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing; track status of various acquisitions from submission thru awardโ€ข Support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables and invoicing; track obligations/expenditures as neededโ€ข Assist with planning, programming, and budget execution activities; identify pertinent guidance, resource constraints, and monitor investment by mission area to meet strategic objectivesโ€ข Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)โ€ข Coordinate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams as needed; prepare minutes, track status of various projects, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations to decision makers as requiredโ€ข Evaluate existing production processes, explore new mission sets, and conduct studies or prepare an analysis of alternatives; present recommendations to decision makers a requiredโ€ข Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

โ€ข Active TS clearance with SCI adjudicationโ€ข Bachelorโ€™s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fieldsโ€ข Intelligence professional with a minimum of 8 yearsโ€™ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle to include analysis and productionโ€ข Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of enduring projectsโ€ข Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excelโ€ข Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily directionโ€ข Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnelโ€ข Open to occasional travel

Desired Qualifications:

โ€ข Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processesโ€ข Familiarity with various NASIC contract vehicles such as MEGASTAR, NOVASTAR and COMETโ€ข Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Service Now, and MS Power BIโ€ข Masterโ€™s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related fieldโ€ข Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)
