Description

Data Intelligence is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination for a portfolio of complex IT programs and projects supporting a premier federal law enforcement customer. This individual will oversee multiple related initiatives, ensuring successful execution, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with exceptional program management expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This role operates within the client's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and plays a critical role in driving successful program delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate complex IT projects and enterprise program initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple related projects to achieve strategic objectives and maximize program value.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and program roadmaps.
  • Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and overall contract performance while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with organizational standards and customer expectations.
  • Support strategic planning by aligning project objectives with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track program initiatives to ensure successful execution across multiple teams.
  • Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other essential program documentation.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators through dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Facilitate executive meetings, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagements, and customer briefings.
  • Foster communication across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform additional technical and administrative duties as required to support program objectives.
  • Ensure all work complies with organizational policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Operate within the client's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), adopting SAFe principles, terminology, and Agile Release Train (ART) practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex IT programs and projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and program governance.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Experience creating and maintaining program documentation, business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
