Business Intelligence Manager Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise reporting, dashboards, data analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This role partners with organizational leaders and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs, prioritize requests, align BI work with organizational strategy, and promote consistent reporting standards, data definitions, and self-service analytics capabilities. The Business Intelligence Manager provides team leadership, supports effective communication with stakeholders, and helps ensure data and reporting solutions are reliable, timely, and actionable.

Business Intelligence Manager Position Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, business, healthcare administration, or related field required (Master's preferred).

Experience

  • 3+ years in Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics and 2+ years leading/managing technical or analytics teams required (5+ years preferred).
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Project management, data governance, and stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
  • Epic reporting, Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Power BI, SQL, or related healthcare data platform experience preferred.
